  • A completed medical history and consent form is required before treatment.

2.Booking & Cancellation

  • Book in advance; same-day service is based on availability.
  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged.

3.Payments & Refunds

  • Payment due at time of service.
  • Deposits may be required.
  • No refunds, but case-by-case corrections may be made to ensure satisfaction.

4.Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We follow HIPAA regulations.
  • No photos or testimonials are shared without written consent.

5.Safety & Hygiene

  • We comply with CDC and OSHA standards.
  • Clients receive detailed care instructions before and after treatment.
