Welcome to Henzo MedSpa & Wellness. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments

  • Clients must schedule services in advance. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
  • No-shows and late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options.
  • Deposits may be required for certain treatments and are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
  • However, adjustments or corrections may be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure client satisfaction.

Medical Information

  • Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical history before receiving any treatment.
  • We reserve the right to decline services if safety is compromised.
